The cool thing about Phoenix is that Vegas is the next stop in the series and teams don’t go home to North Carolina to swap out cars. Instead North Carolina brings the Vegas cars to Phoenix and late night swaps are made by the hauler drivers that leave a few hours later to get the cars to Vegas in time for the Thursday NASCAR parade.

Tonight the # 17 team left the car they ran at Phoenix earlier in the day out a little while for the fans to get close and take pictures with it. This wasn’t a drop off “show car” that they use in front of a store during NASCAR week, this was the actual Phoenix car which still had Matt Kenseth’s helmet on the front seat.
