Tonight was the 100 Club of Phoenix Dinner at the Arizona Grand, actually now it’s the Jason Schechterle Scholarship Ball and it was an inspiring event. The 100 Club is the organization that provides financial assistance to families of public safety officers and firefighters who are seriously injured or killed in the line-of-duty.
Motorola sponsors a table at this event and this year for the 2nd year in a row we also sponsored a scholarship, congrats to Mitchell Johnson of Vail Arizona who was awarded 2500 dollars and will be attending NAU. He’s a cool kid that aspires to be a civil engineer and as I know all too well, engineers are what keeps this world working!
If you ever find yourself in a position where you can help a little, the 100 Club is an excellent choice.
