M&M do it again

Last night M and I set out to recreate our first date, so we dressed the same, ate dinner at Olive & Ivy in Scottsdale at the same time, sans the original waitress, and even went to the Wildfish Seafood Grille for after dinner coffee and drinks where our bartender (Sonya) remembered us right off the bat and by drink no less! Martini’s anyone? 

The shrimp risotto at O&I was exactly as I remembered it, amazing!

Michelle enjoyed the rib-eye (we’ll call it Steve-some will get that) which she ordered still breathing or mooing or freshly cut off the cow and dropped onto a plate, and trust me it was perfect that way!

This time however we met some new friends, Bradley and his GF, the hippest school teacher I’ve ever met (she has more tats and piercings than most of my alternative friends) as well as Mike and his GF who between all of us could combine to be the most annoying group at any bar! These guys are a hoot (OMG did I just say HOOT)! They were loud and proud just like us and were a ton of fun.

We then all headed to the Coach House where I was again carded (oh yea!) and the bouncer’s jaw dropped when he realized my DOB. A few drinks over there with our new friends and then home by 1am, my girl had school this morning.
