Tale of the scale
As some of you may know I’ve been hitting the gym 4x per week and as of today I weighed in a 196 down from 232 just a couple of months ago.
On Wednesday I saw the doctor and the blood work came back that my cholesterol was down to 190 from 220 (without any meds) and according to him, whatever I’m doing, I need to keep doing it!
Goal weight 180 and <10% body fat by the end of May.
